You will join an exciting Cisco Logistics team, working alongside the department manager. He will mentor you, and you will gain and document new knowledge. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear pathway to management through succession planning.

Key Skills required:

• Managerial experience and skills
• Preferably RMA background (testing, fixes, repairs, RMA experience)

• Perform proactive Cisco & Meraki tests, fixes, and repairs, including testing routers, switches, access points, replacing power supplies, and handling returns or external repairs
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely returns, dispatch, repair info, and support
• Use technical expertise to support support calls and bid management
• Manage stock allocation and dispatch
• Meet deadlines and uphold high standards under pressure
• Participate in projects involving stock management, warranty, and RMA processes
• Lead, optimize, and get the most out of your team
• Document processes and generate reports for insights and recommendations
• Maintain overall high quality standards
