• Manage stock allocation and dispatch
• Meet deadlines and maintain high standards under pressure
• Handle stock management, warranty, and RMA processes for projects
• Lead, manage, and optimize team performance
• Document processes and generate reports for insights and recommendations
• Maintain overall quality standards
