• Perform proactive Cisco & Meraki tests, fixes, and repairs, e.g., testing returned kit, replacing power supplies, testing, and either restocking or sending for external repair
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely returns, dispatch, repair info, and support
• Use technical knowledge to support calls and bid management
• Manage stock allocation and dispatch
• Meet deadlines and maintain quality under pressure
• Handle stock management, warranty, and RMA processes
• Lead, manage, and optimize team performance
• Document processes and generate reports for insights and recommendations
• Maintain overall quality standards
