Showcase Cinemas UK is seeking a General Assistant to deliver an unrivalled guest experience with friendly, attentive service at the ticket and refreshment counters. You will greet guests, answer questions about releases, and help drive sales while keeping the cinema, auditoria and facilities clean and tidy.

You do not need prior experience, but a positive attitude and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, but an exceptional attitude toward customer service.
• Ability to deliver a first-class guest experience at a busy cinema.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and across departments.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to cinema visitors by being helpful and welcoming.
• Serving at ticket and refreshment counters and keeping the cinema clean and tidy.
• Answering queries about latest releases and guiding guests through their visit.
• Ensuring every guest has a great experience and supports sales.
