Job summary

Scotsman Group is seeking a Cinema Floor Staff member to welcome guests, process ticket sales, and deliver excellent service across our Box Office, Café and Cinema Screens. You will help maintain clean, safe spaces and assist with daily operations to ensure memorable visits for all guests.

The role involves handling transactions, keeping stock and displays appealing, and supporting a fast-paced venue while upholding company standards and health/safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in cinema, hospitality, cafe, retail or customer service environments preferred.
• Passion for film and guest experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with ticket purchases and inquiries.
• Provide Box Office and Concessions service and handle transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across venues (auditoriums, foyers and public areas).
• Replenish stock and manage display presentation.
• Perform age verification for restricted products and films as required.
