Job summary

ODEON is seeking a dedicated Cinema Experience Manager to help lead the team and bring the buzz of cinema to life at Acton. You’ll support the Cinema Manager, guiding Hosts and driving memorable guest experiences across all area touchpoints.

You will work in a fast‑paced environment, delivering top service during blockbuster releases while upholding safety and cleanliness standards and embracing development opportunities within the cinema group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service standards.
• Willing to undergo training and follow cinema operations protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Cinema Hosts throughout each shift.
• Oversee guest experience across retail, ticketing and ushering.
• Deliver excellent service during peak showings and busy film releases.
• Maintain high standards across safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll support the Cinema Manager in delivering smooth, memorable cinema operations including:

• Leading and motivating Cinema Hosts throughout each shift
