Job summary

ODEON Cinemas is seeking a Cinema Experience Manager to lead a frontline team in a busy cinema environment. You’ll support the Cinema Manager, guide Hosts, and drive guest satisfaction across all areas including Costa Coffee operations.

The role requires a people-first leadership style, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Training is provided and perks include cinema tickets and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Cinema Manager in delivering smooth, memorable cinema operations.
• Lead and motivate Cinema Hosts across shifts.
• Oversee guest experience in retail, ticketing, ushering and Costa Coffee operations.
• Ensure Costa Coffee quality and service meet brand standards.
• Deliver excellent service during peak showings and busy releases.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, compliance and food handling.
• Run shift briefings and make on-shift decisions; coach team members.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll support the Cinema Manager in delivering smooth, memorable cinema operations including:

• Leading and motivating Cinema Hosts throughout each shift
• Overseeing guest experience across all areas; retail, ticketing, ushering, and Costa Coffee operations
• Ensuring Costa Coffee quality and service meet brand standards
• Delivering excellent service during busy showings and peak film releases
• Maintaining high standards across safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling
• Running shift briefings and making on shift‑ operational decisions
• Coaching team members to build skills, confidence, and progression
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction

What you’ll bring:
