Job summary

ODEON is seeking a capable cinema operations lead to support the Cinema Manager in delivering smooth, memorable experiences for guests. You will lead hosts, oversee guest experience across all areas, and ensure Costa Coffee quality meets brand standards.

This role offers training, development pathways and a supportive environment that values inclusion. You’ll work evenings and weekends, grow leadership skills, and contribute to a team that makes every visit special.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Cinema Hosts on each shift.
• Oversee guest experience across retail, ticketing, ushering, and Costa Coffee operations.
• Ensure Costa Coffee quality and service meet brand standards.
• Deliver excellent service during busy showings and peak film releases.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling.
• Run shift briefings and make on shift‑ operational decisions.
• Coach team members to build skills, confidence, and progression.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll support the Cinema Manager in delivering smooth, memorable cinema operations including:

• Leading and motivating Cinema Hosts throughout each shift
• Overseeing guest experience across all areas; retail, ticketing, ushering, and Costa Coffee operations
• Ensuring Costa Coffee quality and service meet brand standards
• Delivering excellent service during busy showings and peak film releases
• Maintaining high standards across safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling
• Running shift briefings and making on shift‑ operational decisions
• Coaching team members to build skills, confidence, and progression
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction

What you’ll bring:
