Job summary

ODEON Worcester is seeking a Cinema Experience Manager to help lead the team and deliver memorable guest experiences across cinema, ticketing, retail and Costa Coffee operations.

You’ll coach Cinema Hosts, run shift briefings, maintain safety and cleanliness, and drive guest satisfaction during busy showings, with perks including free cinema tickets and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting teams in hospitality, retail, or fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and late nights.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High standards of safety, service and operational delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Cinema Hosts throughout each shift.
• Oversee guest experience across all areas: retail, ticketing, ushering and Costa Coffee.
• Ensure Costa Coffee quality and service meet brand standards.
• Deliver excellent service during busy showings and peak releases.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling.
• Run shift briefings and make on shift- operational decisions.
• Coach team members to build skills, confidence, and progression.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll support the Cinema Manager in delivering smooth, memorable cinema operations including:

• Leading and motivating Cinema Hosts throughout each shift

• Overseeing guest experience across all areas; retail, ticketing, ushering, and Costa Coffee operations

• Ensuring Costa Coffee quality and service meet brand standards

• Delivering excellent service during busy showings and peak film releases

• Maintaining high standards across safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling

• Running shift briefings and making on shift- operational decisions

• Coaching team members to build skills, confidence, and progression

• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction

What you’ll bring:
