Job summary

ODEON Cinemas is seeking a Cinema Experience Manager to lead the team and bring the buzz of cinema to life, from blockbuster openings to welcoming guests before a show. You will support the Cinema Manager in delivering smooth, memorable operations, coach hosts, oversee guest experience across all areas, and uphold safety, cleanliness and compliance while working evenings, weekends and late nights.

• Experience leading or supporting teams in hospitality, retail, or fast-paced environments.

• Leading and motivating Cinema Hosts throughout each shift
• Overseeing guest experience across all areas; retail, ticketing and ushering
• Delivering excellent service during busy showings and peak film releases
• Maintaining high standards across safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling
• Running shift briefings and making on shift- operational decisions
• Coaching team members to build skills, confidence, and progression
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction

Whether you've managed a team before or supported one informally, we'll help you grow into the role. Join us on a £13.71 per hour during training and unlock £15.55 per hour when you're fully trained and ready to go.
