The Queens Hotel Cheltenham is seeking a proactive Sales & Reservations Executive on a fixed-term contract to drive Christmas bookings and festive sales. You will manage enquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings and help maximise revenue across our Christmas offerings.

The role supports the busy festive period with potential for a permanent, full-time position in 2027 based on performance and business needs.

Qualifikationen

• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong sales sense.
• Experience in hospitality, events or customer service preferred.
• Able to handle multiple enquiries and convert leads into bookings.

• Handle incoming sales and reservation enquiries via telephone, email and other channels.
• Promote Christmas packages, festive events and seasonal offers.
• Convert enquiries into bookings and follow up with potential customers.
• Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, packages and booking terms.
• Manage reservations, amendments, cancellations and customer requests efficiently.
• Build positive relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the booking journey.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximise revenue.
• Maintain accurate booking records in reservation systems.
• Collaborate with team for smooth coordination of Christmas bookings.
• Support general sales and reservations activities as required.
