Job summary

Reservations (Cheltenham) is seeking a proactive Sales & Reservations Executive on a fixed-term contract to drive Christmas bookings and festive sales. You will handle enquiries, convert leads to bookings and help maximise revenue for Christmas offerings.

This temporary role could lead to a permanent, full-time opportunity in 2027, depending on performance and business needs. You will thrive in a busy environment, delivering excellent customer service and upselling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience handling sales enquiries and converting opportunities into bookings.
• Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple enquiries in a busy environment.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Experience in sales, reservations, hospitality, events or customer service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales and reservation enquiries via telephone, email and other channels.
• Promote Christmas packages, festive events, seasonal offers and other products or services.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and follow up on potential customers.
• Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, packages and booking terms.
• Manage reservations, amendments, cancellations and customer requests.
