Job summary

Marks & Spencer Group in Poole is looking for a Customer Assistant in our Food department. This frontline role involves delivering five-star service during busy periods, building rapport with customers and helping them find the right products. You may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks of 13th and 20th December.

Qualifications

• Night shift role requiring resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with knowledge of food products is a plus.
• Comfort using Sparks App and in-store devices to help customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers on the shop floor and build rapport.
• Recommend and sell M&S Food products to meet demand.
• Work across store areas and adapt to changing shifts.
• Assist with digital tools to enhance the shopping experience.
