Job summary

Marks & Spencer Group is seeking a Customer Assistant in our Food department. You will be on the frontline, providing five-star service at pace, and using Sparks App and in-store devices to assist customers.

This role requires flexibility to work across store areas and to cover varying shifts, including early mornings. You will be a brand ambassador, helping customers find products and delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older due to health and safety legislation.
