Marks & Spencer Plc in Llantrisant is seeking a Cafe Customer Assistant to join our on-site café team. You will greet customers, take and fulfil orders quickly using our digital tools, and help maintain a welcoming, high-standard food service area.

The role emphasizes speed, accuracy, food safety, teamwork and flexibility to cope with peak periods. You will be a brand ambassador delivering five-star service and supporting colleagues across the cafe.

• Take and fulfil orders quickly using cafe tools and point-of-sale systems.

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
