Job summary

Marks and Spencer in the United Kingdom is hiring a Cafe Customer Assistant for our in-store cafe. You will take and fulfil orders, help keep the cafe running smoothly, and deliver warm, five-star service even during peak times.

The role is shift-based with Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday 11:00–16:15, and you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks around mid-December. You’ll be a brand ambassador, upholding food safety and customer care standards.
