Job summary

Marks & Spencer is hiring for a Café team member in-store. This hands-on, high-pressure role requires staying calm under pressure while delivering warm, five-star service.

You’ll be a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations and ensuring smooth cafe operations, even at peak times. You’ll use digital tools to take and fulfil orders quickly, maintain impeccable food safety, and work with colleagues to meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Use POS tools to take and fulfil orders quickly, keeping customers moving.
