Job summary

Hikvision UK & Ireland in Bath seeks a logistics and sales orders administrator to ensure orders are processed accurately and shipments are delivered on time, while maintaining stock integrity.

You will liaise with Purchasing and Logistics to meet demand, manage price lists, and support the Operations Director. Strong SAP/ERP and Excel skills, plus fluent English and Mandarin, are essential for continuous improvement and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Process customer Sales Orders and prepare shipment/export documentation.
• Deal quickly with any problems that may delay sales, and liaise with relevant departments.
• Participate in the management of the CRM process.
• Processing accurate Import and Export documentation to ensure the smooth flow of products in / out of the UK.
• Liaise with Logistics providers and shipping departments to ensure accurate, timely shipments from suppliers and to customers.
• Support Operations Director in any other tasks to achieve smooth operation of the business.
• Liaise and attend meetings with other company employees, as necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
• Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
• Participate in the monthly review and other meetings where requested to provide input.
