Job summary

Hikvision UK & Ireland is seeking a Data Analyst for our London Uxbridge office. The role focuses on collecting and analysing operational data to monitor performance and support business growth.

You will build monthly reports using SQL, Excel, Tableau or Power BI, and coordinate with stakeholders across functions. Fluency in English and Mandarin is valued; on-site work is required. Experience with CRM data, inventory and sales analytics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, Data analytics, Mathematics or related field.
• Intern/ Project experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Strategy, Operations, or Consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into business insights.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills; Python or VBA is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Gather the open order, stock data and sale data on a monthly basis and combine them together.
• Monthly analysis of open order, inventory data and sales data for Baseline products and promotions.
• Create various sales reports and maintain the database.
• Analyse call centre performance metrics such as answering rate and case status.
• Collect and refine customer data from exhibitions, road shows, trainings and input to CRM.
• Analyze distributor purchasing and inventory data and output monthly reports.
• Manage customers by levels in POS data and output monthly analysis reports.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the line manager.

Hikvision is looking for a Data Analyst and this position is based onsite in London Uxbridge Office (UB11 1ET).

Responsibilities

The job holder is responsible for collecting and analysing relevant operational data on various business and requirements; monitoring business performance through analysing and providing support for business growth needs.

• Gather the open order, stock data and sale data on a monthly basis and combine them together
• Responsible for monthly analysis of open order, inventory data and sales data on: 1) Hikvision Baseline Products; 2) Marketing Promotion Materials
• Create various sales reports and maintain the database
• Analyse the answering rate, the number of answers, and the opening and closing status of the case for call centre for understanding the service efficiency of the corresponding department.
• Collect customer data of exhibitions, road shows, trainings, etc., summarize and refine valuable data to the CRM system and divert it to the business department
• Combine and promote HQ product promotion strategies to analyze and manage distributors' purchasing data and inventory data.
• Manage customers by different levels in POS data (VASP/Sub distributor /unauthorized accounts) and output analysis reports on a monthly basis;
• Carry out other duties assigned by the line manager.
