Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse operational data across business areas.
• Monthly open orders, stock and sales data analysis.
• Create sales reports in Qlik and manage database.
• Evaluate call centre metrics like response and status handling.
• Aggregate customer data from exhibitions and events for CRM input.
• Analyze distributor purchasing and inventory data.
• Maintain customer segmentation in POS data and generate monthly reports.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by the line manager.
