At Esland, we provide specialist trauma-informed care for children and young people aged 8 to 18 who have experienced adverse childhood experiences and complex trauma.
We are currently seeking a full-time Children's Support Worker to join our highly valued team at our solo home in Warrington.
You'll be part of a small, close-knit and supportive team. Your duties will include:
*Estimated salary based on an a pay rate of £13.45 to £13.75 per hour (days) and working 8 sleep nights per months on average, at £60 per sleep night.
Experience within care, education, mental health support and/or youth activities is highly desirable, but we equally value transferrable skills and the right personality traits for the role.
