Esland’s Lily Lodge in Brierfield (Burnley) is recruiting a full-time Children’s Support Worker to join a dedicated residential team. You will build nurturing relationships with young people aged 8–18, support emotional regulation and daily routines, and maintain safeguarding records.
The role features 48-hour shifts with paid sleep-ins and a 4-day break. The salary ranges from £33,682 to £34,305 per year, with enhanced pay for overtime and bank holidays.

*Estimated salary based on an a pay rate of £13.45 to £13.75 per hour (days) and working 8 sleep nights per months on average, at £60 per sleep night.
What we're looking for: Experience within care, education, mental health support and/or youth activities is highly desirable, but we equally value transferrable skills and the right personality traits for the role.
Essential requirements:
