The Esland Group Ltd is hiring a Children’s Residential Support Worker in Barnsley. You will join a therapeutic, trauma-informed care team, building trusting relationships with young people aged 8 to 18 and supporting their daily routines, education access and activities.
The role requires 48-hour shifts with paid sleep-ins and a 4-day break, with a salary based on qualifications. A comprehensive induction, training and career development opportunities are offered.

Our dual home based in Barnsley, is seeking a full-time children's support worker to completeour dedicated and highly valued team.
You'll be part of a group of like-minded individuals, working in a role that truly makes a difference. Our staff are able to build nurturing, trusting relationships with our young people and act as their professional parents. Your duties will include:
*Estimated salary based on an a pay rate of £13.45 to £13.75 per hour (days) and working 6 - 10 sleep nights per months on average, at £60 per sleep night.
Experience within care, education, mental health support and/or youth activities is highly desirable, but we equally value transferrable skills and the right personality traits for the role.
