Our solo home based in Brierfield, Burnley, is seeking a full‑time children’s support worker to completeour dedicated and highly valued team.
You’ll be part of a group of like‑minded individuals, working in a role that truly makes a difference. Our staff are able to build nurturing, trusting relationships with our young people and act as their professional parents. Your duties will include:
*Estimated salary based on an a pay rate of £13.45 to £13.75 per hour (days) and working 8 sleep nights per months on average, at £60 per sleep night.
Experience within care, education, mental health support and/or youth activities is highly desirable, but we equally value transferrable skills and the right personality traits for the role.
Essential requirements:
