Job summary

Esland in Telford is seeking a Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our 365-day service. You will help young people with domestic needs, social activities, and participate in personalised education plans.

The role requires a UK driving licence, right to work in the UK, and a 21+ age threshold. We value a therapeutic, child-centred approach and offer progression, induction, and a range of staff perks.

Department: Residential

Location: Red Lake House - Telford

Compensation: £32,242 - £32,865 / year

Salary: £32,242.00 to £35,745.00 per annum. (including 6 - 10 sleeps per month paid at £60 per sleep and an hourly rate of £13.45 to £13.75 per hour (depending on qualification).Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.

Hours: 173 hours per month - shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in's. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.
