Esland Group in Ipswich invites you to join as a Children’s Residential Support Worker, delivering caring support in a warm home for three children. You’ll plan meaningful activities, support daily routines, and help children thrive in a nurturing, safe setting.
The role is on-site in a 365-day service with enhanced DBS, driving licence requirement, and eligibility to work in the UK; overtime available at enhanced rates. Training and progression are provided by Esland.

Pay rate: £32,242.00 - £32,865 per annum (based on 6 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £13.45 - £13.75 per hour).Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month - the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s (shifts may vary). Rotas provided in advance.
