Job summary

Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH, is seeking caring and reliable care professionals to join their Complex Care team in Basildon. You will provide essential in-home support for a young child, including tracheostomy care, PEG feeding assistance, medication administration, and attentive clinical observations.

This role requires punctuality, consistency, and a compassionate, professional approach at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience with tracheostomies is essential for interviews.
• Paediatric care background is preferred; full training will be provided for other clinical tasks.
• Comfort in providing hands-on care in a family home.

Responsibilities

• Care in the family home of a young child.
• Provide tracheostomy care and PEG feed support.
• Administer medications and monitor clinical observations.
• Assist with personal care and suction as required.

Job Description

What you’ll do

Working in the family home of a young child, you will make a real difference in providing care and support to this family by ensuring the safety and comfort of their child. There is a pet dog in the home.

This is a very important and rewarding role that requires a confident, caring and friendly care professional.We are seeking a care professional who is punctual, reliable and will provide consistency for our client.

The key tasks with this role include:

• Tracheostomy care
• PEG feed support
• Suction
• Personal care
• Administration of medication
• Clinical observations

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for someone who is fully committed, consistent and will remain professional at all times.

The only clinical requirement that you will need to be successfully offered an interview is to have experience with tracheostomies, preferably a paediatric care background, otherwise full training will be provided for the other clinical interventions involved in this package.
