Job summary

Keys Group in Ely is seeking full-time Children's Residential Support Workers to help children and young people live happy, fulfilling lives in a safe, loving home.

No experience needed—we provide full training, funded qualifications, coaching and a thorough induction to set you up for success. Many managers started as support workers and then led teams, with real opportunities to grow.

£14.05–£14.75 per hour plus sleep-ins paid; 39 hours per week; a full UK driving licence is required.
