Job summary

Active Assistance in Flint is seeking dedicated care staff to support a 4-year-old boy with complex health needs at his family home. You will help him after hospital discharge, with initial shifts in Rhyl when required, and you will join a committed team delivering essential daily care.

The role offers days and nights, flexible hours on a zero-hours contract, and ongoing training and support from a Care Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support one child with complex needs in his family home in Flint as he returns from hospital (initially shifts in hospital in Rhyl).
• Provide hands-on care for a 4-year-old with acquired brain injury, epilepsy and PEG feeding as part of a consistent care team.
• Work days and waking nights; full-time or part-time, on a flexible zero-hours contract with a stable pattern for the same client.

Our client has an acquired brain injury, epilepsy and PEG feed.We are looking for candidates that are confident, energetic and show initiative.When you will be working:Days and Waking Nights availableFull time or part time availableIn this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
