Active Care Group through its Active Assistance program is seeking a Waking Nights Children's Support Worker in Ellesmere Port to care for a 4-year-old boy with complex health needs in his family home. Some shifts may initially occur at Rhyl hospital, with overnight responsibility to monitor his condition.

Our client has an acquired brain injury, epilepsy and PEG feed.You will be required to stay awake overnight to support and monitor him.**When you will be working:*** **Waking Nights*** **Part time or Full time available, depending how many nights a week you are looking for*** **Weekdays and Weekends available*** **In this role you'll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
