Active Assistance is seeking dedicated carers to support a 17-year-old boy with complex needs, including cerebral palsy and epilepsy, at his family home and in the community. You’ll work a mix of days and nights, with early mornings and evening shifts, as part of a stable care team.

The role offers flexible zero-hours shifts, ongoing induction training, DBS paid, and access to a Nest Personal Pension. Rotas are advanced to help planning and consistency across weeks.

What you'll be doing:

This role is to support our 17 year old male client with complex needs in his family home in Four Marks, Alton and out in the community. Our clients needs include cerebral palsy, moving and handling needs, epilepsy, and PEG feed.

Shifts:

Flexibility to work days and nights

Days: morning 7am-10am and early evenings 3pm-8pm

Nights (waking and sleeping): 8pm-7am

In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.
