Wilderness Way is recruiting a Children's Residential Support Worker to provide stable, nurturing care for children in residential settings. You will build trusting relationships, support education and wellbeing, and help young people gain life skills in a safe home environment.

Experience in childcare, education or youth work is valued. You should be 21+, have right to work in the UK, and be willing to pursue a Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, resilient approach.
• Willingness to work towards a Level 3 qualification if not held already.
• Be 21 or over due to role requirements.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
