Wilderness Way is hiring a Residential Support Worker to help children feel safe, valued and supported in a nurturing home environment. You will build trust, support education and wellbeing, and promote independence through trauma-informed practices.

Role offers progression to Senior level where applicable, with funded Level 3 Diploma and a comprehensive induction. A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with children, young people or vulnerable individuals in care, education or youth work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification if not already held.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and be comfortable driving as part of the role.

• Collaborate with Managers, Therapists and multi-disciplinary teams to help children achieve positive outcomes.
