Children's Residential Care Worker, Sittingbourne

Details

• Hours: 173 hours per month, including long shifts from 8am to 11pm with sleep nights. Rotas provided in advance.
• Pay rate: £34,512.60 to £35,135.40 annually, based on qualifications and averaging 8 sleep nights per month. Opportunities for overtime at enhanced rates.

Essential Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence. Applicants must be over 21 and eligible to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.

The Role

Based at Park Road, a three-bedroom children’s home offering crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care. Our young people participate in recreational activities like cinema, swimming, and sports.
