Children's Residential Care Worker at Esland

Join us to make a difference in children's lives as a Children's Residential Care Worker at Esland.

Location: Hadlow House, Sidcup

Salary: £34,513 - £35,135 per year, based on qualifications and experience

Hours: 173 hours/month, with long shifts from 8am to 11pm, including sleep nights. Rota provided in advance. We operate 365 days a year.

Essential Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence. Applicants must be over 21 and legally allowed to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available.

Role Description: Hadlow House is a five-bedroom home providing crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care. Our young residents participate in recreational activities such as cinema, swimming, and sports.
