173 Hours per Month, long shift working 8am-11pm (with sleep nights). We operate 365 days a year due to the nature of our work. Rota schedules are provided in advance.
A salary of £34,512.60 to £35,135.40 per year, depending on qualifications (based on a pay rate of £13.85 to £14.15 per hour, with an average of 8 sleep shifts per month). Opportunities to pick up extra shifts/overtime at an enhanced rate.
Full UK Driving Licence

Park Road is a three-bedroom children’s home offering crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care. Our young people receive high-quality residential care and participate in recreational activities tailored to their interests, such as cinema, swimming, and sports.
