My client is a leader in their field with an outstanding record for exemplary care management. They are looking for an experienced Registered Residential Manager. You would be working in an independent company with strong core values based on developing a caring and supportive environment for young people with Emotional Behavioural difficulties and complex needs.

Further Information & Key Skills & Responsibilities

• We are looking for an innovative individual who has held an Ofsted registration with good and outstanding in the last two reports. We seek someone with an active registration, a clear work history, and the ability to obtain references from current employers without delays.
• 40 hours per week
• On-call duties required
• Must have a proven track record of providing high-quality care for young people and strong leadership and management skills for staff.
• Extensive knowledge of current regulations related to Residential Childcare
• Ability to effectively lead the day-to-day running of the home
• Demonstrate leadership, high aspirations, and clear communication with young people, staff, and stakeholders
• Minimum 2 years experience working with young people in Residential Care as a Registered Manager
• Previous experience supervising and managing care staff
• Auditing and monitoring skills
• Ability to develop a high-performing team
• Understanding of regulation, policy, and procedure
• Strong values, beliefs, integrity, and good character
• Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team and within a therapeutic framework
• Level 4 or 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent
• Driver/Owner
• Educational requirements: Diploma of Higher Education or equivalent, NVQ Level 4 or 5 in management or equivalent
