Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager seeking a new challenge? Our client, a reputable organisation with a strong history of providing services for people with learning disabilities, is looking for a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two children's homes. Since 2004, the company has been committed to delivering high-quality care and has been operating children's homes since 2021.

Salary and Benefits:
  • Salary range of £67.5K to £72.5K for dual registration
  • Ofsted bonuses up to £2,000 for outstanding performance

The Role:

The Dual Registered Manager will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing operations of a 4-bed EBD home in Redditch and a 3-bed EBD home in South Birmingham
  • Ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and maintaining a GOOD grading
  • Leading and supporting a team of Deputy Managers and care staff
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively
  • Developing and implementing care plans tailored to children aged 8 to 16
The Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager within an Ofsted-regulated home
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to manage dual registration effectively
