WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INSPIRATIONAL LEADER
Do you have previous experience working as a Registered Manager or the Deputy Manager of an Ofsted Registered Children's Home?
Do you feel you understand the importance of Safeguarding in its entirety?
Are you able to manage in an efficient and fair manner?
We are currently on the hunt for a passionate and devoted leader to join and manage a BRAND NEW Residential Children's home in Birmingham.
Our client prides themselves on having a family feel with their staffing team and keeping the young people at the centre of their focus, providing every opportunity to allow them to grow and progress into their adult lives.
We need someone who is able to work independently and really wants a homely feeling for the young people. Being able to implicate the company ethos alongside allowing the young people to be themselves and nurture their growth is of massive importance to us as a family-run business!
Being specialists in supporting children in a therapeutic environment, it is really important that both the management and staffing team are able to communicate well with the young people and help them towards opportunities in further education and career paths as they get older and transition from children's residential care.
AS A MUST:
