Job summary

Compass Associates is seeking a Clinician Experience Lead to strengthen engagement across ADHD services, with hybrid work in Surrey. The role focuses on onboarding, queries, and relationship management for GPs, pharmacists and consultants, helping clinicians feel welcomed, valued and supported.

You will report to the COO, coordinating with clinical leadership, recruitment, scheduling and IT to resolve non-clinical questions, improve retention, and build a connected workforce across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in a people-facing, relationship-led role such as hospitality or client services.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to make people feel valued.
• Emotional intelligence and confidence handling sensitive situations.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple relationships.
• Proactive, takes ownership and follows through.
• Healthcare experience, supporting GPs, pharmacists or locum workforces.
• Knowledge of NHS or private healthcare systems.
• Experience running internal communications or engagement surveys.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new clinicians and provide onboarding support.
• Coordinate non-clinical queries across scheduling, invoicing and access.
• Log issues and escalate to Clinical Quality Lead as needed.
• Run clinician recognition programs and town halls.
• Monitor clinician experience trends and report insights.
• Maintain simple relationship records per clinician.
