A well-established children's care provider is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a new children’s home in Hayes, England. You will foster a safe, nurturing environment and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has a minimum NVQ Level 3 and experience in managing residential care. Qualifications

• Eligibility to register with Ofsted as a Registered Manager.
• Proven experience managing a children's residential home.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of a newly opened children's home.
• Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted requirements.
• Mentor and develop your team, including rotas and training.
