A leading care provider is seeking a Registered Manager for a children's home in Barnsley. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing a small team, and ensuring compliance with legislation and safeguarding standards. Ideal candidates should have experience in children's residential care and hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care. As Registered Manager, you will be accountable for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered in line with legislation, Ofsted regulations and organisational policies.
You will lead and inspire a small team to provide safe, nurturing, and effective care tailored to the individual needs of young people.

Normal working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm. However, flexibility is required to ensure rota cover, including occasional sleep-ins.
