We’re working with a forward-thinking, high-quality children’s services provider that is expanding in the Surrey area. We’re now looking for a passionate, experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home that supports young people with EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties), Autism, Learning Disabilities, and other associated needs.

Whether you're already a Registered Manager or a confident Deputy ready to take that next bold step — this is your chance to shape a safe, nurturing, and truly impactful environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and managing the day-to-day running of the home
• Inspiring, mentoring, and developing a team of dedicated care professionals
• Driving quality standards in line with Ofsted regulations

What we’re looking for:
