Job summary

Ben Williams Recruitment is seeking a Children’s Home Registered Manager for an outstanding Essex-based children’s home in Thurrock. The role requires leadership of a residential care team and ensuring high standards of care for children with complex needs.

You will hold Level 5 and Level 4 Diplomas in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and have a full UK driving license. Salary ranges from £50,000 to £80,000 per year, with a flexible benefits package and generous holiday allowance.

• Recent experience as a Children's Home Registered Manager or as a Children’s Home Deputy Manager in a Children's Home.
• Level 5 Diploma in leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
