Ben Williams Recruitment is seeking a Children’s Home Registered Manager for a Medway-based children’s home in Chatham, England. The role is full-time and permanent, with a salary between £50,000 and £80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate will bring experience as a Children’s Home Registered Manager or Deputy Manager, hold Level 5 and Level 4 Diplomas in Residential Childcare, and possess a full UK driving licence.

• Recent experience working either as a Children's Home Registered Manager or as a Children’s Home Deputy Manager in a Children’s Home.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
• Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
