Ben Williams Recruitment is assisting an outstanding Greenwich-based children’s home in recruiting a Deputy Manager. The role involves supporting a residential care setting for children with complex needs, ensuring a safe, engaging environment and leading a small team.

A Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence are required, with flexibility on benefits. Salary ranges £35,000–£50,000 per annum, full-time permanent contract, based in Woolwich,

• Recent experience working either as a Children's Home Deputy Manager or as a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker in a Children’s Home.

Education
