My client is a leading provider of high quality, child-focused residential children's homes, fostering agencies, and specialist schools.

I am seeking a Children's Home Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to step up to manage an Outstanding Ofsted-rated 1 bed children's home in Barnsley, supporting a young person with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Position Details

The Children's Home Manager role is a permanent, full-time position offering a salary of £46,581.23, which includes bonuses. The package comprises a base salary of £42,381.23, plus an additional bonus for Ofsted Outstanding ratings and an occupancy bonus.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous Ofsted Registered Manager experience or extensive Deputy Manager experience (minimum 3 years) in a children's home
• QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification
• Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation, Ofsted regulations, and safeguarding procedures
• A positive, child-led approach in practice
