Registered Manager - Children's Home

Our client is seeking to appoint a Children's Home Registered Manager who is:

• Innovative, inspirational, and a positive role model to staff and young people

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least two years of experience in a children's home within the last five years
• At least one year in a supervisory or managerial role in a children's home
• Experience working directly with individuals with moderate to severe learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions, significant physical impairments, or complex health needs
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent, or willingness to start within three months of appointment

Salary: Starting at £45,365 per annum, increasing to £52,750 after probation and upon completing relevant Level 5 qualification. A generous relocation package is available to support the right candidate.

About the Children's Homes:

Located in Bolton, these homes are designed to be homely and adapted to meet the individual physical and sensory needs of residents. They provide a safe environment for children with disabilities and complex health needs, with up to four young people living together, supervised by a dedicated staff team. Main duties include:

1. Promoting the welfare and protection of children and young people
2. Ensuring compliance with Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted standards
