Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of the operating model to enable SaaS capabilities.
- Drive technology adoption, automation, AI, and data-driven practices.
- Define governance and performance measures for the transformation portfolio.
- Partner with senior leaders to shape strategy and prioritise investment.
