Job summary

Tes is seeking an Interim Finance Director to lead a finance transformation for up to 12 months from Sheffield in a hybrid role. The position focuses on ERP and Salesforce changes, including billing and pricing, and developing a high-performing finance team.

The role requires credible interaction with the CEO, CFO and executive team, with hands-on leadership and strong governance across close, forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience as Finance Director or senior finance leader.
• Proven finance transformation delivery across systems and processes.
• Experience leading ERP or finance systems implementations and CRM collaboration.
• Strong coaching and mentoring of finance professionals.
• Credible with C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
• Hands-on, willing to do the work.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation across systems, processes and operating model.
• Develop and coach the finance team, enabling senior leadership readiness.
• Act as finance lead on ERP, Salesforce changes including billing and pricing.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales Ops and Commercial to shape the roadmap.
• Report progress and risks to the steering group on a regular cadence.
